Location: Cleveland, Ohio

The Facility Manager is responsible for the daily management of a single, complex parking operation that may only include the direct oversight of one multi-use garage. This position delivers company, client and customer expectations by ensuring the facility is operating in accordance to company policy and client expectations.

The Facility Manager is also responsible for customer and client relations, system support, maintenance and reporting, managing accounts receivable, aging and customer debt collection. Recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of the hourly workforce assigned to the facility will also be included in the day to day duties.

Requires:

Bachelor’s degree in General Business or related field.

Minimum of two years with operational and leadership experience in the parking or related industry, including revenue control and reporting.

Established experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, propertiary software and financial reporting software (e.g., Quickbooks).

Excellent oral (including formal presentations) and written communications and comprehension skills, required.

A valid driver’s license.

Background in the parking industry in a supervisory role within a private operation organization strongly desired, but not required.
