Facility Manager
A Chicago based national parking management firm serving a wide spectrum of clients seeks a dynamic Project Manager for large mixed-use project. Reporting to the company’s Director of Operations and working closing with executive leadership, this opportunity allows for the entrepreneurial minded leader to contribute to business growth by leading a team of professionals, directing all operational activities associated with a complex 24/7 property, maximizing Net Operating Income and providing client consulting services.

Requirements
Essential Duties
· Directs and manages all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants and custodians on a daily basis.
· Maintains proper staffing levels at all times to ensure customer service and operating standards are met through scheduling and managing on-call employees.
· Directly oversees all day to day activities associated with opening, managing and closing the facility.
· Collects, deposits and reports daily revenue on a consolidated basis and reviews cashier reports for accuracy and completeness on a daily basis.
· Ensures the facility is operating in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage and internal audit scores.
· Ensures the facility’s safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing Maintenance Checklists with the custodian and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual.
· Responsible for resolving those customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front line associates.
· Responsible for documenting Incident Forms and conducting incident investigations as directed by his/her senior leader and/or the Corporate Office.
· May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences.
· May be asked to meet with the property’s client contact on an as needed basis.
· Other special projects as directed by the Director of Operations
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in General Business or related field.
· Minimum of two years with operational and leadership experience in the parking or related industry, including revenue control and reporting.
· Established experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
· Excellent oral (including formal presentations) and written communications and comprehension skills, required.
· Background in the parking industry in a supervisory role within a private operation organization strongly desired, but not required.
· Scheduling shifts to meet daily operational needs strongly desired but not required.
